Responsibility
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Senior High School students in accordance with the curriculum standards.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to enhance the overall learning experience and address student needs.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support their success.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development workshops to contribute to the school community.
- Uphold the schoolâs policies, values, and code of conduct to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorâs degree in Education or a relevant field (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies). A teaching certification or license is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Senior High School setting.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
