Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for consumer electronics products, tailored to diverse audiences including retail staff, distributors, and end-users.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive modules to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and product demonstrations to ensure participants gain practical, real-world skills.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on new features, updates, and industry trends.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback collection, evaluations, and performance metrics, and refine programs accordingly.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to support continuous skill development among trainees.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive products and market positioning to address customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product training, sales enablement, or a related field, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- In-depth technical knowledge of consumer electronics, including smartphones, wearables, home appliances, or similar products.
- Proven ability to create instructional content (e.g., guides, videos, e-learning modules) that simplifies complex concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with training software and tools (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training sessions.
