Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience for every client.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
- Maintain a deep understanding of COS products, including fabrics, fits, and styling tips, to offer expert advice to customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually merchandised to the highest standards, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic and values.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and market insights to drive sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
- Passion for fashion, design, and the COS brand ethos.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or fashion are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
