Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Manage and record stock inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly stored.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash and card payments, including opening and closing the cash register.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or issues to the store manager promptly.
- Participate in stock-taking, restocking, and merchandising activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
