Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
