Responsibility
- Process and manage daily accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing.
- Support tax compliance by preparing and filing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and propose solutions to improve financial efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
