Responsibility

  • Process and manage daily accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing.
  • Support tax compliance by preparing and filing necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documentation.
  • Identify discrepancies and propose solutions to improve financial efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
