Responsibility
- Prepare and assemble high-quality tacos, birria, and other menu items with precision and speed.
- Assist in food prep, including chopping, marinating, and organizing ingredients to maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory, restock supplies, and minimize waste.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, enhancing their dining experience.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Adapt to fast-paced situations and assist in multiple kitchen stations as needed.
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) – mandatory requirement.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or food service role is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Passion for food and a positive attitude toward customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
