Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of application, integration, and infrastructure requirements to deliver high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture, APIs, and microservices for enterprise-level applications.
- Oversee the selection of technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize development efficiency and system reliability.
- Mentor development teams on architectural principles, coding standards, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity across all layers of the application stack.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on architecture and system design.
- Proven expertise in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and optimization for high-traffic applications.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.
