Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of fuel station attendants to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain fuel inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a secure workplace for staff and customers.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee cash handling, sales transactions, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment (pumps, tanks, POS systems) and arrange maintenance as needed.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement promotional strategies and upsell additional products (e.g., lubricants, convenience store items) to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, fuel station operations, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus).
- Proven ability to handle cash, manage budgets, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Familiarity with fuel station equipment, POS systems, and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) standards in retail or petroleum industries.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
