Responsibility

  • Warmly welcome guests and clients, providing professional check-in and check-out services.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with a helpful and polite attitude.
  • Manage booking systems and maintain accurate records of guest information and schedules.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
  • Provide guests with information regarding local amenities, transportation, and property guidelines.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply inventory.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Proficient in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
