Responsibility
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, ensuring a flawless experience.
- Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with brand standards.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize front desk workflows, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and guest convenience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, including occupancy reports, guest feedback, and financial transactions.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and security protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting resort amenities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven ability to manage teams, with strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of local culture and tourism trends in Bali is advantageous.
