Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations, assigning rooms, and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and professionalism, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including personal details, preferences, and special requests.
- Process billing and payments, including handling cash, credit cards, and foreign currency transactions.
- Provide local area information, recommendations, and assistance with travel arrangements or activity bookings.
- Uphold hotel policies, security procedures, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs.
- A proactive, guest-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
