Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional, friendly, and efficient manner upon arrival and departure.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, providing solutions that align with company policies.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems (PMS).
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and special requests in compliance with data protection standards.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance guest engagement and revenue opportunities.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the front office area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles within hospitality, tourism, or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a natural aptitude for building rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
