Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, preferences, and special requests in the property management system.
- Provide local area recommendations, including dining, transportation, and attractions, to enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service quality at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing room availability, and processing billing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office, reception, or guest services within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
