Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations, assigning rooms, and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings, and billing using property management systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and inventory management for front office supplies.
- Work flexible shifts, including night shifts and overtime, to ensure 24/7 coverage and operational excellence.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A proactive, guest-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
