Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations, assigning rooms, and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings, and transactions using hotel management software.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings, to meet operational demands.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Proven experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is a plus.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous.
