Responsibility
- Warmly greet and welcome all arriving guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Manage the entire guest cycle, including reservations, registration, room assignments, and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Accurately process all transactions, including room charges, ancillary services, and final bill settlements.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared according to guest needs and hotel standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and transport options to assist guests effectively.
- Uphold security protocols by verifying guest information and maintaining accurate shift logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to solving guest issues.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
