Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage service.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Set up, maintain, and break down dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to uphold service excellence and company values.
- Participate in team meetings, pre-shift briefings, and ongoing training to stay updated on company policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front-of-house role (e.g., server, waiter/waitress, host/hostess) in a hospitality or tourism setting.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
