Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using clinic software.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain organized records, including patient files, billing documents, and inventory logs.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and receipts while adhering to financial protocols.
- Coordinate between patients, podiatrists, and support staff to optimize clinic flow.
- Uphold cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area and waiting room.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting, supply ordering, and basic marketing support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or healthcare administration.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to put patients at ease.
- Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and clinic management software.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive patient information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed.
