Responsibility
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling using clinic software.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about services and procedures.
- Maintain patient records with confidentiality and ensure data accuracy in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and receipts with attention to detail.
- Assist in managing clinic inventory, including medical supplies and front desk materials.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with clinic management software.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy when dealing with patients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (KITAS/KITAP or Indonesian citizenship).
