Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and discretion, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings, and billing using property management systems.
- Provide local recommendations for dining, transportation, and attractions to enhance guest stays.
- Process phone calls, emails, and messages professionally, directing communications to the appropriate departments.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
