Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles to transport freight safely and efficiently across Bali and assigned routes.
- Coordinate dispatch activities, including route planning, load optimization, and real-time tracking.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Liaise with clients, warehouses, and team members to confirm delivery schedules and resolve logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure zero-incident operations.
- Assist in loading/unloading cargo when necessary, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and delivering updates on shipment status.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight driving, logistics, or dispatch coordination.
- Familiarity with Baliās roads, traffic patterns, and key industrial/logistics zones (e.g., Denpasar, Canggu, Jimbaran).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., GPS navigation, dispatch software, or Excel) is a plus.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
