You will be responsible for scouting, vetting, and building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers who align with our clients' brands. Responsibility
- Identify and source high-potential KOLs and influencers across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Analyze influencer profiles to ensure alignment with specific brand campaigns and target demographics.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to contract facilitation.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of vetted talent for future marketing activations.
- Monitor campaign performance and influencer output to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Negotiate fees and deliverables to ensure campaign ROI is maximized.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, viral content, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or social media recruitment.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape and current social media trends.
- Excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate influencer performance metrics and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a freelance capacity.
