As a Merchandising Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring product displays, promotions, and in-store executions meet brand standards. Using your smartphone, you’ll conduct store visits, capture high-quality photos, and submit detailed reports through our user-friendly online platform. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy fieldwork, have a keen eye for retail trends, and want to earn competitive hourly rates on a flexible schedule.

Responsibility
- Conduct scheduled visits to assigned retail stores in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Verify product displays, pricing, promotions, and shelf placements against brand guidelines.
- Capture clear, high-resolution photos of store layouts, product arrangements, and promotional materials.
- Complete digital checklists and submit accurate reports via a mobile app in real time.
- Identify and document discrepancies, such as missing products, incorrect pricing, or poor display execution.
- Provide feedback on store compliance and suggest improvements for merchandising strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with store staff.
- Adhere to project timelines and submit all deliverables on schedule.
Qualifications
- Own a smartphone with a high-quality camera and reliable internet access.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured audit procedures.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) for reporting and communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple store visits efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with retail environments or merchandising is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel to assigned locations within Bali (own transportation preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; no formal degree required.
