As a Field Collection Agent, you will receive monthly customer data assignments, utilize our proprietary My Vista application for tracking, and conduct in-person visits to verify and update client information. Responsibility
- Conduct monthly field visits to assigned customer locations across Bali to verify and collect data.
- Register and utilize the My Vista application to log visits, update customer records, and track progress.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data, including customer details, contact information, and service status.
- Provide real-time updates to the central team on visit outcomes, challenges, and resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies on-site.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations while handling sensitive customer information.
- Submit daily/weekly reports summarizing field activities, including visit counts, issues encountered, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to identify process improvements and optimize field operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, customer service, or data collection (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with mobile applications (training on My Vista will be provided).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Ownership of a motorcycle or reliable transportation to travel across assigned areas in Bali.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English (written and verbal).
- Residence in or near Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) is highly preferred.
