Responsibility
- Design and execute window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal installations that align with brand identity and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with fashion designers, buyers, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop space-planning strategies to optimize product placement, traffic flow, and customer experience.
- Source and manage props, mannequins, and decorative elements to enhance visual storytelling.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and refresh merchandising concepts.
- Train and guide retail staff on maintaining visual standards and executing daily merchandising tasks.
- Create digital mood boards and 3D renderings for client approvals and team briefings.
- Track and report on the impact of visual merchandising on sales performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in fashion visual merchandising, retail design, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing creative, on-brand visual merchandising projects (physical and/or digital).
- Strong understanding of color theory, spatial design, and consumer psychology in retail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Knowledge of Baliās fashion market and cultural aesthetics is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
