As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a seamless event experience. Your expertise in event management, stakeholder engagement, and logistical coordination will ensure the summit’s success, leaving a lasting impression on attendees, speakers, and partners.
Based in the vibrant and culturally rich locations of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), this contract role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to work with industry leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination for the Indonesia Human Capital Summit 2026.
- Liaise with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to ensure smooth communication and alignment with event objectives.
- Oversee on-site logistics, including venue setup, AV equipment, catering, and registration processes.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote the event through digital and traditional channels, maximizing attendance and engagement.
- Manage risk assessment and contingency planning to mitigate potential issues during the event.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event goals with organizational strategies.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for large-scale events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in event management, corporate events, or summit coordination, preferably in a high-profile or international setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including executives, vendors, and attendees.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
