Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential investors for private investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to secure funding for client projects.
- Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and financial projections.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in capital raising.
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.
- Track and report on deal progress, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to expand investor outreach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, finance, or business development, preferably in capital raising.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Existing network of investors or ability to build one quickly.
- Understanding of financial markets, investment structures, and due diligence processes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and investment platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Based in or willing to operate from Bali’s key business hubs.
