Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze transactional data to detect fraudulent patterns and anomalies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enforce risk policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and optimization of fraud detection models and rules.
- Conduct investigations on suspicious activities and prepare detailed reports.
- Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Work closely with the Data Science team to refine algorithms and improve detection accuracy.
- Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and industry best practices.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of fraud detection techniques and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python (pandas, numpy).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with fintech or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
