Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network in Bali, identifying and onboarding new franchise partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between franchisees and headquarters, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate franchise performance using KPIs, providing actionable feedback to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate training programs, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to support franchise success.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and quality control across all franchise locations.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess operations, customer service, and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to streamline processes and enhance franchise support.
- Prepare and present reports on franchise performance, market trends, and growth opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or retail operations, preferably in the healthcare or optical industry.
- Proven track record of driving franchise growth, improving operational efficiency, and building strong partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess performance data and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with franchise laws, contracts, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
