Responsibility
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support DTC and e-commerce business growth, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards using QuickBooks, NetSuite, and other ERP systems.
- Optimize Shopify and inventory management systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Implement KPIs and financial dashboards to track performance across sales, marketing, and supply chain.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth initiatives.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors and advisors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Finance Manager, Controller).
- Proven expertise in DTC/e-commerce finance, including Shopify, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and inventory management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
- Experience managing multi-currency transactions, international tax regulations, and cross-border financial operations.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fractional capacity while delivering high-impact results.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana) is a plus.
