Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth business performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in FP&A.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or retail industry is an advantage.
