Responsibility
- Design and develop formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions for concrete construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and structural integrity.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and provide technical support.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative construction techniques.
- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and construction teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in formwork design, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and structural analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
