Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport, load, and unload materials.
- Safely navigate tight spaces in warehouses or production areas while handling heavy loads.
- Inspect machinery before use to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to weight limits.
- Organize and stack pallets, crates, and other materials in designated storage areas.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock movements and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on forklifts, such as refueling or battery charging.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Good communication skills in English or Indonesian.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
