Aji-No-Chinmi Co., Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food Service Trainer to join our expanding team in Pasig City. Responsibility
- Design and conduct comprehensive training programs for new and existing food service staff.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure compliance with company service standards and health protocols.
- Develop and update training manuals, visual aids, and operational SOPs for store operations.
- Identify performance gaps and implement coaching strategies to enhance team productivity.
- Oversee food safety practices and sanitation compliance within the service area.
- Facilitate workshops on customer service excellence, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
- Collaborate with store management to align training initiatives with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Trainer or Senior Staff member in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Deep knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and professional kitchen/service etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing training materials and tracking staff development progress.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational training requirements.
- Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
