Responsibility
- Prepare and measure raw ingredients for pudding production according to standardized recipes and procedures.
- Operate and monitor cooking equipment to ensure consistent quality and texture of pudding mixtures.
- Perform filling, sealing, and packaging of pudding products while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area, including sanitizing equipment and workstations to prevent contamination.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods to support efficient production planning.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food production, preferably in a similar role (e.g., pudding, dessert, or F&B manufacturing).
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with knowledge of HACCP or ISO standards being a plus.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and production procedures with precision and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials weighing up to 10-15 kg.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required by production schedules.
- Basic numeracy skills for measuring ingredients and tracking inventory.
- Familiarity with production equipment and machinery is an advantage.
