Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance sales.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in food service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
