Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance with attention to personal hygiene.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Team player with a strong work ethic and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
