Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor the Food & Beverage team to deliver world-class service in alignment with Raffles standards.
- Ensure seamless operations across all dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to curate exceptional dining experiences and promote seasonal offerings.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff to uphold service excellence, professionalism, and brand values.
- Resolve guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and guest loyalty.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and spirits service.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
