Responsibility

  • Supervise and mentor the Food & Beverage team to deliver world-class service in alignment with Raffles standards.
  • Ensure seamless operations across all dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to curate exceptional dining experiences and promote seasonal offerings.
  • Oversee inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and develop staff to uphold service excellence, professionalism, and brand values.
  • Resolve guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and spirits service.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
