Responsibility
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Set up, maintain, and reset dining tables and service stations according to brand standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or feedback with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu knowledge, service techniques, and resort policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B service role (hotel, restaurant, or resort preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 10 kg.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
