Responsibility
- Lead and supervise F&B service teams to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences across all dining outlets.
- Develop and implement service standards, training programs, and performance metrics to enhance team efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with resort policies.
- Curate wine and beverage pairings, providing expert recommendations to elevate dining experiences and drive upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of F&B services for banquets, private events, and daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and optimize cost control without compromising quality.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and proactively, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, local culinary traditions, and emerging F&B innovations to keep offerings fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments.
- Proven track record in F&B operations, team leadership, and guest service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage pairings, with certification (e.g., WSET, Sommelier) a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Passion for Indonesian and international cuisine, with a commitment to delivering authentic, memorable experiences.
