Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest accommodations.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any issues to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to meet industry and company standards.
- Respond to guest requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Follow eco-friendly practices, including proper waste disposal and sustainable cleaning methods.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special preparations for VIP guests or events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with exceptional guest service skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
