Responsibility
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests in accordance with Erajaya’s standards.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to uphold service excellence.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality with a passion for service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and polished appearance.
- Neat, well-groomed, and able to adhere to dress code standards.
