Responsibility
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in resort dining venues, including restaurants, bars, and poolside areas
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences and dietary requirements are met
- Prepare and serve beverages, including specialty coffees, cocktails, and mocktails, following resort standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, events, and functions
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Upsell menu items and promote resort services to enhance guest experience and revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in hotels or resorts
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or ability to obtain one)
