Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages while adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Uphold safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage service, preferably in hotels, resorts, or theme parks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Certification in food safety/hygiene is advantageous.
