Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for new guests.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with diplomacy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all dining areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
