Responsibility
- Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and banquets, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and local laws.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements to exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align F&B strategies with overall business goals and seasonal demand.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume F&B operations in hotels, resorts, or fine-dining establishments.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, cost management, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a multicultural team.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
