Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets to secure repeat orders and maintain strong business relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territories.
- Manage customer accounts, including order processing, delivery follow-ups, and payment collections.
- Monitor stock levels at client outlets and provide recommendations to optimize inventory.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including visit logs, order summaries, and collection statuses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, discounts, and other sales initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a field sales or key account management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within assigned territories.
- Familiarity with sales management tools, CRM software, or order processing systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company-provided or personal vehicle for field visits.
