In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving product distribution, maintaining excellent relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our products are optimally displayed to capture market share.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail clients within the assigned Bali territory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets for the FMCG product portfolio.
  • Execute effective product merchandising and display strategies to maximize shelf visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide valuable feedback to the sales management team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and coordination of deliveries.
  • Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expansion prospects.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in FMCG field sales, direct sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence retail owners.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Bali market area.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
