Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to create a secure and productive work environment.
- Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and seasonal displays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the food or consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
